Technological Units to Meet Your Needs
Chemistry Unit – 1,900 m²
From KiloLab to Pilot Scale
- 400 m² laboratory: glass reactors up to 10 L, and pressure reactors of 0.5, 3, and 20 L.
- 1,500 m² ATEX pilot hall: 25 and 50 L reactors, 630 L batch reactor, continuous reactor, multi-purpose filter-dryer reactors, distillation pilot units.
Analytical Unit – 200 m²
- Physicochemical characterisation.
- Equipment includes: rheometer, granulometer, HPLC, and GC.
Biotechnology Unit – 1,100 m²
From BioLab to Pilot Scale
- 300 m² laboratory: from Erlenmeyer flasks to 5 L fermenters, including equipment for microbiological monitoring and analysis.
- 800 m² pilot hall: 3 fermentation lines ranging from 20 to 2,000 L, and 2 lines at 3,500 L.
DSP Unit – 600 m²
Grinding, fractionation and drying activities, particularly for biomass.
Storage Area
- 1,000 m² of indoor storage,
- 60 m² cold room (+4 °C),
- 30 m² freezer (-20 °C).
